“Marin’s Mulberry Street Pizza, serving up vegan pizzas, New York-style pizzas, gluten-free pizzas and pastas, and vegetarian pizzas, is thrilled to announce that it was once again awarded the Best Pizza in Marin County in the Pacific Sun “Hall of Fame.” Mulberry Street Pizza also won that award in 1995, 1996, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011,” according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

“Do yourself a favor and check out their hand-thrown pies,” Pacific Sun stated during the 2007 award announcement. “And by the way, the restaurant is named after the main street that runs through Little Italy in New York.”

In addition to the Pacific Sun award, Mulberry Street Pizzeria has garnered many other local and national awards over the years, including “A Place that Rocks” by Pizza Today in 2008 and winner of the 2005 Food Network Pizza Challenge, among other acknowledgements and awards.”
