Two 35-foot long warm, sunny beachside cafes will travel across the country throughout January. Floor-to-ceiling Plexiglas windows encase the inviting white-sand beach, complete with palm trees, shade umbrellas and a beachside snack bar, serving nutritious and delicious South Beach Diet(R) foods. To help make New Year’s resolutions fun and achievable, celebrity fitness trainer Ramona Braganza will make appearances at selected “Beach in a Box Cafe” stops.
