Mikey’s meets Mike in a new promotion running in February at Mikey’s Late Night Slice in Ohio.

A combination of sweet heat with luscious meat tops two new Pizzas of the Week that will be paired with Mike’s Hot Honey cocktails and a drizzle of Housemade Mike’s Hot Honey Ranch.  
 
“There’s no better way to treat your honey than with something sweet and a building heat,” said Late Night Slice Founder Mikey Sorboro. “Mike’s Hot Honey combined with our signature NY-style pies so flawlessly, I can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner.”

The Mike(y)’s Squared features crispy cup-and-char pepperoni with a drizzle of hot honey. Meanwhile, The Birds & the Bees (& the Bacon) “is just out of this world,” Sorboro added. The latter features chicken tossed with hot honey and crispy bacon on a Pink Sauce base.

Mike Kurtz, founder of Mike’s Hot Honey, said the collaboration with Mikey’s Late Night Slice “felt like a natural fit from the beginning. Also on the menu: Mike’s Hot Honey Bee’s Knees, the Mike’s Hot Honey Extra Spicy Margarita and the aforementioned Mike’s Hot Honey Ranch.
