Mellow Mushroom, the stone-baked pizza brand with 160+ locations nationwide, is rolling out a new LTO: Mellow Rollz, available through November 10.
The new item is yet another way Mellow Mushroom is leveraging its dough—other examples include the brand’s pretzel bites, a longtime menu stalwart.
“While exploring the limitless opportunities we have with our spring water dough, Mellow Rollz were a fun and delicious development,” said Dave Woolley, head of culinary at Mellow Mushroom. “Tying in the approachability of shared flavor experiences with dipping sauce customization to make it your own, this cheesy stuffed Munchie just makes sense in a way that reflects our brand at its core.”

The Mellow Rollz are baked with Mellow Mushroom dough, stuffed with mozzarella and sprinkled with Parmesan. The Rollz come in cheese or pepperoni flavors and can be paired with any Mellow Mushroom dipping sauce, including two new additions to the lineup: vodka and creamy pesto sauces. The complete lineup of Mellow Mushroom sauces looks like this:

A full order of Mellow Rollz (eight total) will run a customer $14.95. The pizza brand also offers a half order (four rolls) for $8.95.
Mellow Rollz are now available in-store and online across all Mellow Mushroom locations through November 10. Delivery is available through Mellow Mushroom’s website, and for third-party delivery exclusively via UberEats.
