Mellow Mushroom, with 160-plus locations nationwide, has a new limited-time menu item plus a St. Patrick’s Day-inspired cocktail, both of which became available today.
Through April 27, Mellow Mushroom has rolled out the Mr. Sausage Rollz, described as a savory spin on its beloved Mellow Rollz—”golden, cheesy bites that serve nostalgic, pizza-roll energy.”
The roll features Italian sausage, roasted tomatoes and mozzarella, all baked into Mellow Mushroom’s signature dough.
Meanwhile, through March 31, the brand is also debuting a limited-time cocktail (pictured above) that’s crafted to bring a little St. Patrick’s Day luck to the table. The “Lucky Buzz” cocktail blends Tito’s Handmade Vodka, DeKuyper Melon Liqueur and fresh pineapple juice, all garnished with an Airhead Xtremes Rainbow Belt fastened with a shamrock pick.
Founded in Atlanta, Mellow Mushroom has been serving “out-of-this-world stone-baked pizzas” since 1974.
