Thompson Restaurants’ Matchbox, with 12 locations in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Florida, has unveiled its fall menu, designed around trending flavors and innovative dishes.
The new lineup includes three pizzas: the Burrata and Salami, the Corn & Jalapeño and the Roasted Garlic Chicken.
While continuing to spotlight brunch favorites, including a decadent Chocolate French Toast, the fall menu also offers health-forward options like a Chicken and Butternut Squash Salad. Guests can look forward to chef-inspired creations, too, such as a roasted salmon, showcasing the brand’s culinary creativity.
Here’s a look at the trio of new pizzas as well as other items Matchbox has introduced for the fall season:
- Burrata & Salami: Crushed tomatoes, salami, fennel sausage, burrata, fontina, Parmigiano Reggiano and hot honey
- Corn & Jalapeño: Crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, goat cheese, roasted corn, zucchini, jalapeño peppers and chipotle lime crema
- Roasted Garlic Chicken: Roasted garlic puree, crushed tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese, caramelized onions, roasted chicken, mozzarella, olive oil, arugula and balsamic
- Corn Ribs: Chili lime mayo, cilantro, salt, and queso freso
- Roasted Chicken & Butternut Squash Salad: Mixed greens, romaine lettuce, butternut squash, apples, cranberries, candied pecans, feta, and creamy mustard vin
- Roasted Salmon: Butternut squash risotto, cremini mushrooms, oven-roasted tomatoes, goat cheese, arugula and shaved Parmesan
- Country Fried Chicken: Served with hot honey and French fries
New cocktails on the Matchbox menu include:
- South Charmer: Jim beam bourbon, peach nectar and black pepper-ginger syrup
- Caramel Apple Lemonade: Apple-infused vodka, lemonade and caramel syrup
- Blueberry Coconut Margarita: Blueberry infused tequila, triple-sec, homemade sour mix, and coconut cream
New brunch items include the Chocolate French Toast (chocolate chip bread pudding, crème anglaise, chocolate mousse and warm chocolate sauce) and Caramel Apple Pancakes.
