Morin offers numerous helpful tips for marketing your pizzeria’s vegan menu items and positioning your pizzeria as a safe haven for vegans.

“When gluten-free became a big deal, we said, time and time again in the pages of our magazine, that you serve this community and they will support you, they will love you, they will spread the word, and they will pay more [and] will travel far to see you,” Morin says. “All of these things also apply to people who are vegan.”
