T”he sailors, currently assigned to Combat Logistics Regiment 35, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, visited the school on weekends to work with students, staff and Master Builder Jun Uehara to build a brick pizza oven from the ground up.

Afterward, they interacted with students in the classrooms by playing games and participating in English-exchange activities.The adults weren’t the only ones who contributed to the project, said Petty Officer 1st Class Alan Badel, who led the team in building the oven.”
