“The dog days of summer just got a little boost with the recent opening of Mangia Neapolitan Pizza on East Main Street in Norton,” according to the Norton Mirror.

This is the ninth eatery opened by owner Steve Fenerjian of Sharon since 2002, it serves all its pies on whole-wheat crust and that is what Fenerjian says makes them the best around.

Because he buys so much whole-wheat flower, Fenerjian said it is fine milled for them, leaving no gritty taste like most whole-wheat crusts have.

“We were the first to (use all whole wheat dough) in Boston.  Now it seems everybody is doing it but nobody does it like we do,” Finerjian said.”
