“The people who own Joe’s Pizza on Union Ave. in Holbrook are big New York Giants fans so they decided to honor Big Blue with a blue pizza and blue garlic nuts,” reports MyFoxNY.com.

“Pete Donofrio has owned the shop for 33 years. His son also works at the business. Phil Donofrio says the blue pizza is a standard white pizza with some blue food coloring in the mix.  The pie is ringed with pepperoni for the red in the Giants team colors.Not many customers in the shop were partaking in the blue pie on Monday, but they liked the idea.  For the less adventurous, Joe’s is also selling a football shaped pizza.”
