Chef Andris Lagsdin has brought a bit of bubbly to his latest pizza creation. Hanoverwickedlocal.com reports Lagsdin hosted a tasting at his home test kitchen, along with guest chef Paul Booras, director of culinary operations for the Tavern in the Square.
The two chefs cooked up several pizzas with champagne-infused dough.
