Little Lady Foods, the leading contract manufacturer of custom-made frozen food products for the largest retail, food service, CPG brand and private label companies, today has proudly named Rick Anderson as President & CEO, effective immediately. Rick brings more than 25 years of consumer packaged goods experience in brand and private label strategy, marketing and new product development. His innovative solutions and strong relationships with major retail and foodservice customers will drive growth for Little Lady Foods and its current customers.

Mr. Anderson’s extensive experience includes his role for the past several years as Chief Commercial Officer at Aryzta, a global leader in the specialty frozen bakery sector. Prior to that, he was Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at La Brea Bakery, where he was instrumental in successfully growing the company to an internationally recognized brand in both the retail and food service channels.

Rick Anderson holds a MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Valparaiso University in Indiana.
