After leading Little Lady Foods through a significant period of growth and investment, Rick Anderson has resigned as President and CEO to pursue new opportunities. Effective immediately, Michael Canmann, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for CC Industries, Inc. (“CCI”), an affiliate of Little Lady Foods, has been named interim President and CEO. In addition, CCI’s Tanya Burnell will assume the interim role of Executive Vice President.

A search has been initiated for a new Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will be responsible for all activities of the company and will report directly to the Board of Directors. The Board is thankful for Mr. Anderson’s leadership during a transformational time in Little Lady Foods’ history. Mr. Anderson’s tenure included significant investments in Little Lady Foods’ manufacturing facilities and new product development. Little Lady Foods has a strong and deep executive leadership team that will be focused on ensuring a smooth transition for all current customer relationships and new customer commercialization projects.

The Crown Family and CCI remain committed to Little Lady Foods and are excited about the future of the company. For any questions, please contact Jason Green (jgreen@crown-
