A major Brooklyn institution, DiFara Pizza, has made it to Vegas, opening at the new Forum Food Court.
Vegas.eater.com says the legendary pizza takes over the former Cypress Marketplace and debuting at Caesars Palace. The owners of sister restaurant Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar on the Westside are behind this pizza joint that plans to serve up a similar menu of DiFara Specials, New York cheese, artichoke, four cheese, Big Apple, white truffle and bianca pies. Traditional pizzas start at $5.99. Pizzas come in a round thin crust or a thick square.
