There’s no fish on the Lenten Pizza at Di Stefano’s Pizza Palace, but it’s shaped like a fish, and that’s an oppor-tuna-ty some guests just can’t pass up.

Just in time for the Lent season, the Milwaukee pizza shop introduced Piscean pies and even earned coverage from the Milwaukee Record. In addition to its unusual fish shape—complete with a head and a tail—the limited-time pizza can be topped with veggies in designs that make it look like it ought to be swimming back and forth in your aquarium. The version pictured on Di Stefano’s Facebook page even has a black olive for an eye.

The pies can actually be ordered with any toppings, including meats, and every Lenten Pizza purchase comes with a free order of garlic bread.

Di Stefano’s isn’t the only pizza shop that helps customers observe Lent. Zio’s Pizzeria in Omaha offers several Lent specials, including the Veggie Supremo, the Bianca Pie and the Margherite. And Wichita Brewing Co. & Pizzeria, with three locations in Wichita, Kansas, offers a Lent-friendly entrée every Friday, including the Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pizza, featuring a lemon-pepper cream-cheese base, seasoned shrimp, mozz, garlic and basil.
