According to a report from Best Syndication News, “A lawsuit was filed against the company that owns Pizza Hut in Greenwood, Mississippi after a group of 19 customers, all from the same church, became ill after eating the chicken that was prepared by the restaurant.”

“The lawsuit was filed in Leflore County Circuit Court and was originally with two plaintiffs, but now has grown to a total of 15 claiming the restaurant did not exercise reasonable care in making and storing the food and that they did not properly train the employees working there at the time. According to news wires reports, a total of 19 people were hospitalized after eating the food from Pizza Hut on January 18th of this year. The had symptoms of vomiting and nausea and were treated and released.”
