LaRosa’s, the Cincinnati-based chain with 66 pizzerias in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, has opened its first LaRo to Go location at Delhi Pike on Cincinnati’s west side. LaRo to Go is a new service model that combines LaRosa’s ordering technology with pick-up and delivery options.
“With LaRo to Go, a busy parent can order and pay with LaRosa’s app, online or by phone, pick up the kids and roll through the new drive-up pick-up window without having to get out of the car,” the company said in a press release. “In the time it takes to complete a short trip, they have a hot, delicious meal to serve the family when they get home.”
“LaRo to Go is our way of making all our convenience features work better together in one pizzeria,” said Mike LaRosa, LaRosa’s CEO.
The pizzeria is the first location specifically built to be a LaRo to Go. Over the past several months, LaRosa’s constructed the new building next to the existing pizzeria to limit interruption and continue to serve guests. As the new LaRo to Go was finished, the existing building was closed, new equipment was moved into the LaRo to Go, and the former pizzeria was demolished and cleared. The rebranded interior and exterior of the new LaRo to Go will be a model for others to be built in the future, the company said.

“Our guests want to use technology to make their lives easier,” LaRosa said. “We’re doing that by combining quick and easy ordering that’s as close as the device in their pockets with our drive-up pickup window or contactless delivery,” LaRosa continued.
As the limitations of the pandemic fade away and family and friends can safely gather again, LaRo to Go will make feeding that crowd convenient, too. Guests can build their catering order online, and a catering specialist will call within 15 minutes to confirm the order and arrange payment.
