According to a news report from www.salem-news.com, “A grease fire Thursday has temporarily closed JC’s Pizzaria in Keizer.”
“The fire started as a result of the fryer overheating and igniting the oil,” said the story. “An employee was nearby and discovered the fire immediately activating the hood suppression system. This partially extinguished the fire until fire crews arrived two minutes later.”
