Among the many talented chefs across the country, Chef Alon Shaya has been recognized again for his work with Domenica. Shaya is a semi-finalist with the James Beard foundation. He has been nominated twice before without yet winning. PMQ Pizza Magazine was on hand at the restaurant the day before the announcement and a full interview of that story will be in an upcoming print issue.
