Among the many talented chefs across the country, Chef Alon Shaya has been recognized again for his work with Domenica. Shaya is a semi-finalist with the James Beard foundation. He has been nominated twice before without yet winning. PMQ Pizza Magazine was on hand at the restaurant the day before the announcement and a full interview of that story will be in an upcoming print issue. Congratulations to Chef Shaya and his delicious pizza at Domenica in New Orleans.

Coming on line in the next few weeks is his new effort Pizza domenica on Magazine Street in New Orleans with a focus on more of the same great pizza and new additions.
