Central’s Product Consultants all complete the esteemed recognition program to become a Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) within two years of employment. The certification program is offered through the North American Association of Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM), which represents around 700 foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturers. The program is designed to raise professional standards and quality of the foodservice industry and to encourage continuing educational development.
