California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is gearing up for two of May’s biggest holidays, Cinco de Mayo and Mother’s Day, with new dining offers, while also bringing back fan-favorite menu items and its popular Thank You Card promotion for its ongoing 40th anniversary celebration.
In honor of Cinco de Mayo, dine-in guests at participating CPK locations can enjoy $5 margaritas and a free order of CPK’s White Corn Guacamole + Chips from May 1 through 5. The margarita options include Fresh Agave Lime, Strawberry Lime or Skinny & Spicy Rita. To redeem the free guacamole and chips, guests must mention the offer to their server.
For Mother’s Day, CPK will offer heart-shaped pizzas on May 10 and 11 to show Mom the love she deserves. Additionally, moms and non-moms alike can indulge in $8 Red-Berry Sangrias.
As part of its ongoing 40th anniversary celebration, CPK has brought back some of its most iconic dishes—including the Rosemary Roasted Potato & Grilled Chicken Pizza, Chicken Milanese, Waldorf Chicken Salad and Tortilla Spring Rolls—all selected by fans, team members, Executive Chef Paul Pszybylski and CPK founders Rick Rosenfield and Larry Flax.
The brand’s Thank You Card promotion is also back, with every envelope guaranteeing a prize, whether it’s discounts, gift cards to top brands, or cash prizes, including a grand prize of $40,000 in celebration of CPK’s anniversary. A digital upgrade also allows guests to scan the QR code on their card to join CPK Rewards, score a $5 bonus and enter for a chance to win a luxurious five-day cruise getaway.
