A Texas-based franchisee has secured real estate for opening a new pizza restaurant, Crust Pizza Co., in College Station, Texas. Chuck Vieau, already a franchisee of the Houston-based chain, expects to open his latest location on October 5 at 1410 Texas Avenue South.

Crust Pizza Co., a fast-expanding pizza concept known for a nostalgic dine-in experience and high-quality ingredients, is celebrating this further growth. “We are excited to bring Crust Pizza to College Station, Texas,” said Carl Comeaux, CEO of Crust Pizza Co. “Our commitment to quality and the unique dining experience we offer sets us apart in the pizza industry. We look forward to becoming the No. 1 pizza place in College Station.”

The College Station opening will bring the total number of Crust Pizza restaurants in Texas (either open or in development) to 27. The brand is aiming for a growth strategy that “combines exceptional product quality with strong franchisee support.”

“This location is perfect for serving the College Station community,” Vieau says. “We are thrilled to introduce Crust Pizza’s high-quality pizzas and inviting atmosphere to our neighbors.”

Crust Pizza Co. believes it has distinguished itself in the competitive pizza market through its fresh dough made daily, proprietary mozzarella cheese shredded in-house, and fresh produce. Meanwhile, a streamlined business model and robust support system have made it an attractive opportunity for entrepreneurs. “Crust Pizza is not just about great pizza; it’s about creating a memorable dining experience,” Comeaux says. “Our 3.0 prototype, with its modern design and cozy ambience, enhances the overall experience for our guests.”

Founded in 2011, Crust Pizza Co. has expanded from a single location in The Woodlands, Texas, and has plans to open 10 more locations by the end of 2024, eventually reaching a target of 25 new openings annually. The franchise is focusing on expanding within the Southeast U.S., targeting states from Texas to Florida, up to the Carolinas, and across Tennessee and Arkansas. For franchisees, Crust Pizza Co. offers comprehensive training and support, including site selection assistance, a six-week manager training program and ongoing operational support. With financial stability and strong profit margins, the brand endeavors to make it a compelling investment opportunity.

“We are seeking passionate operators who share our dedication to quality and can actively manage their restaurants,” Comeaux says. “Our goal is to create a strong community-focused brand that delivers exceptional pizza and customer service.”
