This fully operational "Pizza Pi" delivery boat creates New York style pies using fresh local ingredients. Pizza Pi partnered with Scoops and Brew to serve ice cream aboard, too.

The entrepreneurship came about  from a couple living on board their house boat in the Caribbean. Pizza Pi is the result of Sasha and Tara Bouis converting their tiny floating home in the U.S. Virgin Islands into a fully operational food boat that serves fresh New York-style pizza.The unlikely venture came together after Sasha, leaving his Wall Street job to become a sailboat captain in warmer climes, met Tara, a special education teacher who happened to spend summers teaching SCUBA in the Caribbean.
