According to Foodservice.C""SNews.com, “Pizza Patròn has opened the doors on its newest Quick Service Pizza (QSP) restaurant, a freestanding concept designed to bring convenience and value of fast food to pizza. The location is the 12th Pizza Patròn serving the Houston area.”

“The company’s QSP model features a standard drive-thru that includes an order menu with a two-way speaker system and a pick-up window. The site also features the brand’s trademark colorful and Latin-influenced lobby created for carry-out customers. The company teamed with Lincoln Ovens to develop the new fast-bake technology that is now found in every QSP location. The system bakes pizza in just more than three minutes, allowing hot and fresh pizza to be delivered to customers who choose to use the drive-thru option, according to Pizza Patròn release. ‘This is the fifth store I’ve opened in Houston,’ said Rick Sparkman, a Pizza Patròn franchisee. ‘And I feel this is the best model yet. I will only look for locations that are a good fit for this model for every new store I open or build.'”
