FRANKLIN, Ohio — According to an article from Oxfordpress.com, 20-year-old pizza chef Casey Cole of Pisanello’s is en route to Naples, Italy, to compete in the World Pizza Championship with the U.S. Pizza Team.

 

The article stated: “Flying halfway around the world may be new to Cole, but he’s used to spinning pizza dough competitively. Cole won gold at the New York Pizza Show in March, securing him his spot on the U.S. Pizza Team.”

Cole has since appeared with the pizza team on CBS’s “Early Show,” the report said.
