Harry’s Bishops Corner, known for its award-winning Neapolitan style pizza and unique seasonal pies, has taken the industry to a new level with the introduction of its ultra-premium Lobster and Scallop Pie.

The specialty pie was created by Harry’s Bishops Corner owner Kevin Plaut after spending many inspiring summer family vacations at the Maine coastline, where the lobster is second to none. “Every summer my family and I envision what a lobster pie would look like and try to imagine what it might taste like, so we finally decided it was time to introduce our own lobster pizza,” Plaut said.

He and his wife, Anne, say they found that lobster, and all of the traditional flavors that go with it, transfer very well to a pizza. The savory taste is fresh, light and reminiscent of summer produce and seafood all at their best in the height of the season.

HBC’s Lobster and Scallop Pie is a white pie with mozzarella, grilled Roma tomatoes, roasted native corn and a generous portion of lobster and sea scallops. Once out of the oven, the pie is garnished with a light sprinkle of seasoned bread crumbs, chives, a drizzle of clarified butter and lemon.

The Lobster and Scallop Pie is available at Harry’s Bishops Corner now through the middle of September. The price is $50 for a 12” pizza, a perfect dinner for two. Orders must be placed by phone 24 hours in advance to ensure fresh ingredients. Call 860-236-0400 to order or visit www.harrysbc.com for other menu options.
