After several months of research and taste testing, Harry’s Bishops Corner has found a gluten-free pizza crust that they are proud to serve and offer to their customers.  Still Riding Pizza, a local company in Bridgeport, Conn., is a certified gluten-free facility that produces gluten-free pizza crust, bread crumbs and distributes a great tasting GF pasta.  In partnership with SRP, Harry’s BC has developed guidelines which will give its customers the confidence that they are committed to providing a safe and delicious pizza that addresses dietary needs. Harry’s BC owner Kevin Plaut said, “We are very excited about offering a high quality GF pizza to our customers.  We have been planning to make the addition to our menu for a while but wanted to find the right one.  Still Riding Pizza’s GF product meets our high standards of quality, taste and affordability.”

Harry’s BC held  a Gluten-Free Pizza Night on March 5 .
