22 oz. dough ball

5 oz. ricotta cheese

4 oz. mix of blueberries and raspberries (blended)

¼ oz. sugar

5 oz. fig jam base

4 oz. shredded mozzarella

2.5 oz. cherry wood-smoked ham

Sea salt (to taste)

Dollops of your ricotta berry mix (recipe below)

1 oz. crumbled Wensleydale Cranberry Cheese (or other fruit-infused cheese)

Drizzle of balsamic fig glaze

10g Fresh Origins Edible Begonia Pink Flowers

Zest with a fresh orange (optional)

Add your blueberries and raspberries to a blender and mix. Mix the berry-blend, sugar and ricotta. Place in a pastry bag for later use.

Slap out your dough to at least 18”. Place on a well-floured surface and cut a heart shape. Slide the dough onto a 16” screen or keep it on a well-floured peel.

Add your fig jam as a base, leaving about a ½” crust. Then add you your shredded mozzarella and shaved ham. Pinch the ham into dollops and place in a heart shape on the pie.

Bake the pie at 525° for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and add your dollops of ricotta-berry mix and crumbled cranberry cheese and some salt to taste.

Bake for an additional 4-5 minutes, until the crust is golden brown, and the toppings are fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and drizzle your fig glaze. Add your Fresh Origins Edible Begonia Pink Flowers, then zest with some orange if you please. Slice, serve and enjoy.

End this special night with a delicious dessert of vanilla ice cream topped with Fresh Origins Basil Crystals ™. Chilled and sweet, with the slightest hint of basil…and love!

Buon San Valentino!
