“Expanding its reach from the First State, Grotto Pizza has launched its first store in Maryland,” according to Delmarva Now.

“Grotto invested about $1 million into renovating the former 125th Street home of The Dough Roller restaurant, said company vice-president Jeff Gosnear. Doors opened April 27.

Gosnear said Grotto decided to move to Ocean City because it was a “logical progression” from their heavy presence in Delaware beach towns. They want to create a family entertainment complex that will cater to the bustling crowds and sports teams that frequent nearby Northside Park.”
