Please join us for a sneak peek of our delicious pizza and pasta, and Italian favorites like Chicken and Eggplant Parmagiana, prepared from generations-old recipes. The Grand Opening will be held at our new Lakewood location on Wednesday, February 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. To celebrate this special Lakewood event, the Grand Opening will include free tasting of some of our chef's top dishes. In addition, there will be giveaways, including Free Pizza for a Year for one lucky winner – Mark your calendar for a great luncheon opportunity.
Our new Lakewood Garlic Knot restaurant features 2400 square feet of dining space, accommodating 100 diners, a premium “make your own” ice cream bar, and a private party room. The business community’s needs are served with catering services, free WiFi access, and roomy tables for business meetings. Garlic Knot regularly hosts school, team and non-profit fundraising and spirit nights at their 9 Colorado and Florida locations. With the opening of this new restaurant, Garlic Knot will be adding approximately 10 full time positions and 10 part time jobs to the local economy.

The first Garlic Knot restaurant opened in 2001 in Littleton, Colorado. Since that time, Garlic Knot has earned a reputation for the best tasting Italian food and New York style pizza in Colorado.
