Giordano’s has announced the latest installment in its Chi-Town Flavors collaboration series, teaming up with Crust Fund Pizza to create a new limited-edition deep dish called the “Millennium Pork.” The partnership will support Share Our Spare, a local nonprofit that provides diapers and other essential items to families across Chicago.
For each “Millennium Pork” pizza sold, Giordano’s will donate $2 to Share Our Spare—enough to supply a full day’s worth of diapers for a child in need. The pizza features pulled pork, tangy barbecue sauce, banana peppers and crispy fried onions, combining Giordano’s signature stuffed crust with Crust Fund Pizza’s creative flavor profile.
“Giordano’s has always believed that great pizza can bring people together, and this collaboration is a perfect example of that,” said Daniel Gilland, director of eCommerce at Giordano’s. “Crust Fund Pizza brings an incredible spirit of community and creativity, and Share Our Spare is doing essential work to support families across Chicago.”

Crust Fund Pizza founder John Carruthers called the collaboration both fun and meaningful. “The pizza we created hits all those dopamine notes you want in a stuffed pie—rich pork, sweet sauce, tangy peppers and a bit of onion crunch,” he said. “But more importantly, it’s helping provide a basic daily need for families who need it most.”
Founded in 1974, Giordano’s is an iconic Chicago brand known for its stuffed-crust, deep-dish pizza. Crust Fund Pizza, founded by Carruthers, is an interesting Chicago-based pizza operation in its own right—it’s dedicated to using pizza for charitable fundraising purposes.
Jesseca Rhymes, Interim Executive Director of Share Our Spare, said the partnership highlights how small gestures can make a big difference. “Every pack sold helps ensure babies across Chicagoland have the diapers they need,” she said. “It’s a great example of local businesses using their creativity for good.”
The Millennium Pork Deep Dish is handcrafted at Giordano’s downtown Chicago location and sold exclusively on the Giordano’s website. Each pizza is shipped frozen and available in two-, four-, or six-packs nationwide.Giordano’s Chi-Town Flavors series celebrates Chicago’s food culture through collaborations with local brands.
