In an effort to retain the best and brightest employees, Gatti’s Pizza, a forty-two year old pizza brand known for their famous pizza throughout the Southwest, Southeast, and Midwest, is the first multi-unit pizza chain to partner with YouEarnedIt®, an award-winning employee recognition software startup. Through a combination of peer-to-peer and top-down acknowledgement of all employees, especially critical front-line staff, the restaurant chain has taken the first step to realizing their goal of increasing retention rates and boosting customer service figures.
Last month, Gatti’s Pizza partnered with its Round Rock franchise partner, Gatti’s Management Group, and YouEarnedIt to launch an Austin-metro pilot program across 26 stores.
