SEATTLE, WA (August, 2007)– Garlic Jim’s Famous Gourmet Pizza®, the first and only “gourmet” carry-out and delivery pizza chain, has expanded business by opening their first Slice Unit Concept locations in their NW Portland and Hall & Nimbus locations in Portland, Oregon. These locations offer individually sold slices, which can be added to combos with salads and sodas to make for the perfect lunch or dinner for one. The Slice Unit Concept locations are similar to the standard Garlic Jim’s franchises, but offer more seating room and a slice unit to keep pizza slices warm.
