Fresh Brothers has launched new two summertime pizzas inspired by an Italian-style pizza.
Four Cheese Truffle is a cheese aficionado’s dream, topped with a medley of cheese like mozzarella, asiago, cheddar, parmesan, and then sprinkled with real truffle zest. Meat lovers aren’t forgotten; they can chomp down on Pure Proscuitto which is layered with mozzarella, asiago, and thinly sliced prosciutto.
“With summer in full force, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to give our fans a taste of Italian-inspired pies,” said Scott Goldberg, executive chef of Fresh Brothers. “With premium ingredients like prosciutto and truffle, these pies offer the characteristic flavor and artisan ingredients found in Italian pizzas.”
Fresh Brothers’ specialty summer pizzas are available throughout Southern California until September 1. Four Cheese Truffle will be $16 and Pure Proscuitto will be $18.
