According to a news report from PegasusNews.com, "The Murphy Enterprise Center at the University of North Texas presents Joe Croce, founder of CiCi's Pizza, discussing the "Entrepreneurial Tipping Point" in the final event of the 2007 Connections Lecture Series."
"The breakfast and lecture will take place from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 11 (Tuesday) at La Cima Club in Las Colinas, 5215 N. O'Connor Road. The cost is $25," said the story. "Croce opened the first CiCi's Pizza in Plano in 1985. Today, the Coppell-based CiCi's Pizza chain has more than 600 restaurants."
