12 oz. pizza dough ball, slacked
5 oz. sriracha-infused pizza sauce (see recipe)
5 oz. Grande Fumella Smoked Mozzarella
2 oz. onions, caramelized
3 oz. sausage, cooked and crumbled

Sriracha-Infused Pizza Sauce
4 oz. tomato sauce, prepared
1 oz. sriracha

1. Stretch pizza dough to 14” round.
2. Spread 5 oz. sriracha-infused pizza sauce evenly over pizza dough.
3. Top with 5 oz. Grande Fumella, 2 oz. caramelized onions and 3 oz. crumbled sausage.
4. Bake at 500°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
5. Remove pizza from oven and cut into slices and serve.

Sriracha-Infused Pizza Sauce
Blend 4 oz. tomato sauce with 1 oz. sriracha.
