“While he’s not exactly predicting the dominos will fall, Amir Bakhtiar is banking on Hesperia residents to expand their culinary horizons with his newly-opened Figaro’s Pizza,” the story said. “Known as the pizza with “flavors that sing,” Figaro’s offers patrons more choices than the typical pizzeria. Besides take-out, local delivery or outdoor cafe-style seating, Figaro’s creates custom-ordered pizzas for customers to bake in their own ovens. “Take and bake” pizzas cost $1 less than their pizzeria-cooked counterparts. And getting a mouth-wateringly delicious result at home is easy. “Just follow the instructions,” says Bakhtiar, who co-owns the Hesperia Figaro’s franchise with business partner Archie Palour.”
