Description
The 2nd Absolute Championship of the GrupoComit Pizza Grand Prize in the Canary Islands takes place in two phases.
Selection Rounds:
March 18-19 in Las Palmas. Selection of the top 6 pizzaioli.
March 21-22 in Tenerife. Selection of the top 6 pizzaioli.
In May, all 12 finalists will come together at the GastroCanarias fair in Tenerife and compete for first. The winner will represent the Canary Islands in the World Pizza Championship in Parma.
