According to a news report from houston.bizjournals.com, “A local entrepreneur is cooking up plans to open the first organic certified restaurant in Harris County at the same time that he rolls out at least three biodiesel plants.”
“Chris Toman and his wife, Nicole, will open the area’s first Pizza Fusion restaurant at 118 Vintage Park Blvd. in Northwest Houston, in mid-November,” said the story. “Toman will serve as the local franchisee for Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Pizza Fusion, which is the only restaurant chain to mandate third-party organic restaurant certification at all of its locations.”
