According to the Village voice, “Thrillist reports that Eddie’s Pizza of New Hyde Park, a 70-year-old Long Island standby, is launching a Manhattan pizza truck this week. Eddie’s Twitter feed confirms the news, announcing that it will be somewhere in Midtown on Thursday and Friday. Eddie’s is known for its 10-inch, thin-crusted ‘bar pies,’ which are meant to leave room for beer.”
