Featuring fresh fruits, bacon and Galbani Crumbled Gorgonzola, this pie will definitely be the life of the party! 16 oz. pizza dough
1 c. glazed almonds
1 ½ c. Galbani Premio Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella
10 oz. Galbani Crumbled Gorgonzola
½ Bosc pear, thinly sliced
1 apple, thinly sliced (your favorite variety)
½ c. bacon, thickly sliced
Honey, basil and thyme for garnish after bake
Spread layer of shredded mozzarella, then interlayer slices of pear and apples. Generously spread Gorgonzola and add bacon. Cook at 550° until the cheeses are melted and the crust is golden brown. Garnish with a drizzle of honey, glazed almonds. basil, and fresh thyme.
