September 15, 2007 Domino’s Pizza Inc. announced a series of management shifts, including reassigning its chief financial officer.

CFO David Mounts will become executive vice president of distribution and procurement, replacing Mike Soignet, who is retiring after 26 years with Domino’s, the Ann Arbor-based company said.

The role change for Mounts is a “parallel move,” spokesman Tim McIntyre said.

Bill Kapp, vice president of finance and administration for distribution and supply chain, will serve as acting CFO. The company will appoint a permanent CFO as soon as possible, CEO David A. Brandon said.

Brandon expects to complete an extension of his employment contract at the October board meeting, the company said.

Separately, Patrick Doyle was promoted to president of Domino’s USA. Scott Hinshaw will replace Doyle as executive vice president of Team USA.
