According to DailyMail.co.uk, “Domino’s Pizza is now taking a tasty third of its orders in the UK and Ireland over the internet and via a special ‘app’ for Apple’s ubiquitous iPhone mobile, writes Ben Griffiths.”
“Britain’s biggest pizza delivery chain yesterday said underlying sales surged 10.3 per cent in the 13 weeks to December 26, or 11.9 per cent for the full year. It revealed annual profits – to be announced on February 15 – would beat current city expectations, helping propel the shares to an alltime high yesterday of 561.5p, up 5.5p. Domino’s, which last year celebrated 25 years in the UK, opened 57 new outlets during 2010, including its first on the Isle of Man.”
