Domino’s Pizza is offering a weeklong carryout special from August 12-18, where customers can purchase large two-topping pizzas for $6.99 each.

The promotion comes at a time when Domino’s is looking to regain its footing during an up-and-down year. Last month, the pizza giant’s stock was sent plummeting due to complications with a foreign franchisee group based in Australia. The company also appeared to miss out on sales goals in the second quarter of 2024 despite same-store sales growing by about 4.8%.

Still, Domino’s remains the world’s largest seller of pizza—and its weeklong carryout deal signals a commitment to giving customers great value at a time when consumers appear fatigued by the rising cost of just about everything.

“Domino’s weeklong carryout special is one of our customers’ favorite deals, and we’re excited to bring it back, as we know how much customers appreciate delicious food at a great value,” Kate Trumbull, Domino’s senior vice president and chief brand officer, said in regard to the promotion.

The special is available for any large pizza with two toppings, with options including Hand Tossed, Crunchy Thin, or New York Style crust.

Founded in 1960, Domino’s Pizza is the largest pizza company globally, with a presence in both delivery and carryout pizza. The company operates more than 20,900 stores across over 90 markets. Domino’s reported global retail sales of over $18.7 billion for the trailing four quarters ended June 16, 2024. The company’s U.S. stores generated more than 85% of their 2023 retail sales through digital channels.
