""According to Money.MSN.com, “Domino’s says it offers 34 million possible combinations of pizza. And Starbucks has more than 87,000 options for coffee drinks. Good grief. No wonder some people can’t make up their mind.”

“With so many possibilities, how could these chains possibly comply with proposed federal requirements to conspicuously display calories counts on menu boards, right next to each item. So many choices, so little space. It appears that Domino’s and some other chains have been trying to make a federal case over the proposed U.S. Food and Drug Administration rules, which are required by health care reform. Since movie theaters, amusement parks, planes, trains, hotels — and alcoholic drinks — are excluded, perhaps they’re hoping they’ll be exempted too before the final rules are issued.”
