The conference, sponsored by Colony Foods and PMQ Pizza Magazine, focused on giving independent pizzeria operators information about cutting-edge online marketing tools that can help them compete with the corporate pizza giants. Speakers Jerry Cibley, Christopher Muller and PMQ publisher Steve Green shared their views of where the pizza industry is heading in the era of millennial market dominance, while Obaid Kadwani, founder of A Slice of Hope, encouraged participation in this summer's A Slice of Hope Week, an initiative that brings pizza parties to homeless shelters.
