Dino's Bar-B-Que chicken pizza recipe

Anyway you slice it, chicken is perfect for menus. You're already equipped for it, all you need is a good chicken product and a pizza oven. Now you are ready to take advantage of America's ever increasing demand for the bird. Poultry products allow you to expand your menu without investing in new equipment. Today's chicken products have been tested and proven successful in conveyor and deck ovens, so you can broaden your menu to satisfy your patrons craving for it. Chicken is America's favorite protein, a proven flavor carrier and can appear in every section of your menu-appetizers, sandwiches, pastas, salads, and of course, pizza. Nearly one out of three food service meals contains poultry and it is increasing dramatically in pizza operations. Over the last five years chicken has seen a steady growth and so the future looks very bright for it as a number one choice for all age groups. The same customers who want pizza, want chicken. If you are not using poultry on your menu, you're surely behind the times. Add chicken and see profit!
