Dino is proclaimed as “the most dangerous man in pizza” because he has won over 20 awards in the industry, with more than 25 years experience in the pizza industry. Dino has a consulting firm and is President of World Pizza Organization (WPO) which is a new venture that certifies independent pizzerias if the criteria is met. This unites independents to compete against large chains thus creating a more level playing field. (There is strength in numbers look at China.)

Dino is now working on a project that will bring a lot more publicity to pizza and pizzerias: The Pizza Bike. In the Pizza Radio interview, Dino describes his newest project and explains some of the opportunities available to everyone in the pizza industry.
