Di Fara Pizzeria Now Delivers Legendary Pizza Anywhere in U.S.

You don't have to visit New York to sample the renowned corner pizzeria's Neapolitan and Sicilian pies.

 

The Godfather of Pizza, Domenico “Dom” DeMarco, famous for taking the time to “make it right” for his pies, now offers delivery nationwide through Goldbelly, starting Thursday, December 5.  There’s a reason for this date: it’s DeMarco’s 83rd birthday. And now anyone in the U.S. can celebrate with him.

Goldbelly sources iconic local food from around the United States and ships it to anyone’s doorstep. This means you can skip the notoriously long lines caused by Dom’s leisurely baking approach (which is well worth the wait, according to thousands of pizza lovers).

The fresh pies will ship directly from Di Fara’s frozen on dry ice and packed with instructions on how to safely reheat them.

“GoldBelly and the Di Fara family have worked together for a few months getting the packaging and product perfect for shipping – even down to the little basil bags,” a spokesperson said to FN Dish.

Goldbelly has already received more than 20,000 requests for Di Fara pizzas, making it the most requested order since its launch in 2013. “There are many people around the country who crave the taste of New York City and the iconic pizza of Di Fara’s and can’t get it. We aim to make their food dreams come true,” said Joe Ariel, founder and CEO of Goldbelly to Food Network.
