(PRWEB) May 14, 2010 — D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches and Papa Gino’s Pizzeria raised more than $140,000 for Easter Seals and The Genesis Fund by selling over 140,000 coupon books during a month-long campaign. D’Angelo and Papa Gino’s generous guests donated $1 to support the charitable work of these two dedicated organizations and in return received coupons worth $45 in savings on D’Angelo and Papa Gino’s menu items. Each organization will receive over $70,000.00.

Over the years, D’Angelo and Papa Gino’s have raised more than $3.25 million dollars to these worthwhile organizations. The donations are used by The Genesis Fund for specialized care and treatment of children born with birth defects, genetic diseases and mental retardation. Easter Seals uses the donated dollars to help children and adults with disabilities expand their independence through physical, occupational and speech therapy, summer camps, assistive technology, job training and employment, advocacy and disability information.
